Digital Orientation at Clendon Community Library
Our session started at 9:30. It was a challenge to walk to the library in under 30 minutes. It normally takes us 45 minutes. We made it in 32 minutes. So proud of our accomplishment.
When we got there, we quickly issued and returned our books. We also had some free time to watch the Common Wealth Games while we waited for the librarian to set up. We went upstairs and paired up. We learnt how to search up a book using the catalogue.
We then went out and did a little brain break.
We were divided into 5 groups. Our next task was to complete a search activity using the catalogue.
Our teacher then took us to McDonald's for some ice-cream.
What a cool way to end an amazing team!
